And here we are, beginnin' the great Litleo Challenge!

[That's... sure Joker. That's sure Joker literally covered in Litleo- five for anyone who's counting- standing on what some might recognize as the ferry to Kanto. There's a Charizard in the background who's looking amused. Listen, he needed a flier to get him to New Bark.]

I've already done the gyms 'round Johto, see, and I thought I'd do somethin' more excitin' for goin' ta Kanto for the first time! So, what I'm gonna do is use nothin' but this group a Litleo! This here is Rose Red, this is Elsie, then ya got Biancabella, Florine, Nen, and- well Dovre ain't with us right now since I had ta use Torch here ta get us ta New Bark, and she'd bite my hand clear off too, but she'll be joinin' us once we get ta Kanto!

And a course, we're accompanied by good ol' Jimmy Two-Shoes here- [The Gear is twisted off to show the kid in question.] Wave hello, Jims!

For anyone who goes ta the Circus, Angel and Invidia are watching over it, save for the days when I'll be stoppin' in the cities. First time me and her will be so apart, s'gonna worry us both...

Well, I thought we'd go the traditional route. Looked up the proper order for the badges and all that. So, that's what we'll do.

'Course, that means we're gonna have ta go against rock and water right first thing... Ha ha, but I'm doin' this for a challenge, so I can't complain!

If your team can survive those two Gyms, they can survive anything else. Though I must say I now feel terrible for poor Erika; her team has no chance of winning, unless you decide to lose on purpose.

I'm not gonna be mean like that ta her. These gym leader types train really hard and all that. If I went at her with anythin' less than my best, it'd be an insult!

It'd be an insult, certainly. But I find that certain people prefer a mild insult to battling a fully-trained team with their level 30 Oddish.

They're still just little ones, they won't be too strong when I go ta battle her. ...Probably.

The little ones grow the quickest. By the time you reach her, they might be somewhat larger than you planned.

Ha, I won't mind that much! Then they'll be good transportation.

Always wanted ta go sleddin', and six is just the right number! ...Assumin' Dovre doesn't bite my hand off.

A proper gauntlet would greatly reduce that risk, if you can find one. That, or an acceptable edible bribe.

Risking such an important and useful limb would be a foolish idea even if you had ten, but its uniqueness does increase its importance even more.

Exactly. I mean, ya could have the Pokemon do everything for me, but that seems a bit lazy, yeah?

Using them as unpaid labor for even the smallest actions would not only be lazy, it'd be asking for a rebellion.

I must admit I was that sort of person, when I first arrived here. Yet these last few years of practice have made an acceptable cook out of me.

Ha, sometimes I think about some a the fancy nobles from my world comin' here. They'd be at a loss, with everythin' bein' done for them before.

They would be, but it's a pleasant and important loss. I'd never paid attention to how the maids wash the sheets before, but now I have plenty of arguments to argue for a raise of their salary. Everyone should learn that much.

Wonder, then, if whatever brings us here takes requests... That can be my good deed for the world: makin' nobles realize how hard housework is.
