Out of the three little bugs of Joker's circus, Fairy is the de facto leader... or at least she's one of the few people who can judgingly stare Elf into submission. She doesn't seem quite as much into the Circus as so many of the other Pokemon are, but she can recognize that a lot of work has gone into it and tries to help where she can.

Considering she's a caterpillar, she still has a bit to go before she can be a proper helping hand.
