If Pixie is bad, than Elf is worse on the fact that she's more than happy to cause trouble for just about anybody. If there's anyone Joker wants Pixie to NOT be like, it's Elf. Fortunately it seems the two don't get along.

At least Elf isn't too bad. She seems to very much have a "scratch my back, I'll crawl up yours" philosophy and is willing to admit when she's been done a favor.
