[Joker says it with a bit of a grin on his face as he's seated outside near Sprout Tower as it's night time. There are still probably hundreds of Noibat flapping around. There's at least a dozen attached to him and Angel the Mime Jr who's sitting next to him.]

Guess yer not allowed ta hundred bats or so in yer hotel rooms.

...Or spillin' out inta the hallways.

...Or gettin' inta the coffee pot although that wasn't on purpose.

Lesson for us all, innit?

Heh, it was Jims' idea. He got worried since they ain't supposed ta be out in the sunlight like they were and so movin' 'em all inside was the first thing ta come ta mind.

he hits his paw against his chest in a little gangster manner; he knows it's considered wrong, but wrong is right ( and cool ) when it involves stupid hoodlums— still holding ground! in fact, he feels he's got to be tougher— so he barks with no bite, takes a deep breath in to gather courage, before walking up to joker's front and craning his neck back to see him better— why do they have to be so tall . . . !

he's being really stupid— to attempt provocation with joker's pokemon right there. but you see, he stays hard.

he even attempts some kind of breakdance move— the want-to-be scrafty in him can't resist. alas, he has no balance or even actual practice, hence him twirling on the ground like a kid that saw it on tv once and thinks he can dance.

these things fall out of his skinpants, though. still fresh with price tags and everything.

Yeah! I was able to beat Falkner with my Manectric, Leader, all by himself!

Oh, yeah, I forgot that bats don't really like the sun...that might explain why my little guy got separated from the bunch. Between that and his wing...

The poor guy has to flutter it extra-hard to get where he needs to go...I think it's a little weak. But he doesn't let it stop him, though!

[Angel doesn't seem particularly impressed at this display. Then again, she is a pretty tough customer to impress. She's seen it all, from their strongman Ralph lifting up an entire Charizard to a pair of sneaky thieving cats. So she makes an extra big show of yawning as he talks, hand in front of her mouth.]

[Joker's only better in that he's not outright mocking the little Scraggy. True, there is some amusement on his face as he watches the whole display. Angel isn't bothering to translate for him but posturing is an age old thing and he was a child of the London streets once upon a time. You remember these sort of things.]

[At least the Noibats aren't judging.]

[It's only when all those stolen goods fall out that he quirks up an eyebrow.]

Well well well, Angel, seems we got ourselves a bit of a palmer, wouldn't ya say? Here I thought Claw and Fang were bad enough.

What do swarms a bats usually mean? Besides the end a days or somesuch.
