By far the most energetic and obnoxiously friendly Pokemon in Joker's troupe, Rogue has inherited his trainer's lack of idea of personal space and thus will get in anyone's business because of his curiosity. When not burning off all his excess energy by running around, he's often found lounging around Joker's shoulders like an oversized boa or playing with Princess Guls.
Because of his blunt friendliness and tendency for hit and runs as a battling technique, it's very easy for most people to dismiss the Furret as the smaller threat out of the team. And then he starts spewing out fire, apparently purely for shits and giggles.
While Rogue shamelessly does his best to be friends with every member of the troupe, he's closest to Princess Guls. One of the Pokemon who knows about Team Rocket.
