While holding down the circus tent during Hurricane Bloober, Joker happened to get hit by this flying fish. It didn't make for much of a good first impression, and things only went down hill when she tried to bite him and he had to wrap her up in a cape. Since then, he's decided to keep her for the hell of it and named her "Bloober" in honor of the hurricane.
